Katie really likes her witch's feet painting and writing project. The students outlined a witch's skirt, legs, and feet in crayon, and then filled it in with watercolors. Then they wrote adjectives describing all parts of their witch. The perfect project for Halloween!
Jordan's favorite art project this year has been this leaf. I poured Karo syrup on the paper, and students had to spread it all over the leaf with their fingers. Then they put drops of watercolors on it to make a cool design.
Abbi's favorite piece of artwork she has done this year is this pumpkin. We glued tissue paper onto white paper, and then cut it out and glued it onto a black piece of construction paper. It was the perfect end to our informational writing unit on pumpkins.
Each student will get the opportunity to write a blog post where they can share a piece of their writing, upload a picture of their artwork, or anything else they choose! This will also be where you can see pictures from fun activities our class does!
